After using a full body suit previously, I feel even more comfortable & protected in just this jacket and jeans. I could visibly see bees trying to sting through it and not one got through; and the bees didn't get caught in the cloth either! Breezy, comfortable, waist and wrists stayed put, without cutting off circulation. I particularly like the headroom. 10/10

This is a great jacket with a wider field of view than my previous one, no seams or hood-style back to get in the way. It is cooler than other bee jackets because the air can flow freely through the main body of the jacket and the veil, making it easier to breathe and creating a more comfortable working environment.

I have the full suit with the fencing hood as well, great suit but it gets hot in the summer. I order the jacket with the round veil and it works great for quick jobs like feeding or a peek into a super. The round veil is seems to be much cooler. These are well made and worth the money, buy one and be done.

Highly breathable jacket making work in the bee yard much more enjoyable. Appears too thick for honeybees to sting through, although they rarely stung through my older, warmer jacket, so I could be wrong.
I also appreciate the better visibility provided by the round veil.

There are several features with this jacket that I feel were improvements over the suit. The elastic cuffs on the arm sleeves are perfect. If you wear nitrile gloves you might want to put them on first. the cuffs are plenty snug. I also love the protection at the zipper junctions. The Velcro patterns are prefect for a complete separation from the ladies. This jacket is cool, comfortable and superb protection. Only one issue, the hood stands very tall. It becomes an issue when working on certain types of removals. Other than that minor issue, it is another great product from the Texas Bee Supply. They are always courteous and fast turn around on orders.

Much cooler than my old jacket and protects from hot bees very well. Feels heavy, but way more comfortable than the jackets i have worn in the past. The zippers work great and are well protected at the ends. Worked my hottest hive today and the worst i got was buzzing noise.
