What Qualifies for Free shipping?

We are excited to now offer free shipping on most orders over $99!

Free shipping is excluded for bulk, wholesale, dealer, and commercial orders.

We ship only in the continental US

TBS does not ship all of the products we sell. Some products are for pickup only:
Bees, syrup, economy hive stands, C02 Cartridges, tanks, extractors, bulk pollen feeders, bulk para-moth, closed top jugs, and other products deemed as necessary.

Queenline glass jars do not qualify for free shipping.  TBS does not guarantee glass jars or bottles.  We will ship at your request, at your risk.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges on products in new condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

If an item is past the 30 days it will only be eligible for store credit.

Policy on TBS brand protective gear and warranty

TBS offers one free return/exchange on our brand of protective gear within 30 days.

All TBS protective gear has a 6 month warranty. This means we will take our brand of protective gear back within 30 days, no questions asked! After 30 days we will replace any TBS protective gear with manufacturer defects. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. We cannot take used, damaged, or clearance items back.  

2. TBS reserves the right to limit returns if the return policy is misused.
3. Listed below are more examples of common exceptions.

  • Bee Purchases now have a 15 day return policy
  • Queen purchases are non refundable
  • Our premium package bees are pickup only! Features include: . 
  • We offer one free exchange for protective gear. Any exchange made after this will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
  • All glass products ship at your own risk of damage.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

Yes. TBS will only pay the return shipping costs if it was a mistake on our end: wrong size, wrong item, missing product, defective product, as well as items damaged during shipping.

How do I send back my return or exchange?

You may use the carrier of your choice to make the return; However, we highly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking, as we can only issue exchanges or refunds when items arrive safely in new condition at our shipping hub. Contact TBS Shipping@TheBeeSupply.com before making a return for an exact return address.  

Who is your shipping provider?

We ship using UPS.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing an order usually takes 1-2 business days. We use a standard ground shipping which can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location. Please be aware that shipping can take longer during the Christmas holiday months.

What are the hours of operation for the TBS shipping department?

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

Can you expedite shipping if I pay extra?

We only offer standard UPS ground at this time.

In-Store Pickups

We hold in-store pickups for up to one week. Due to limited space we cannot hold pickups longer than 7 days. If a pickup order goes past 7 days, the order will be shipped to the address on the order. Shipping charges may apply.
